Zalus tracks all issues concerning the construction process. Quality assurance and budget are closely followed through scheduled activities.

Zalus coordinates the different contractors involved, and beside the client, acts a judge for any unforeseen aspect:

  • Assist client in identifying, selecting, and coordinating any external professional services.
  • Assist with all applicable construction permitting as required.
  • Provide contract administration according all contract documentation.
  • Coordinate the continuous transfer of information between client, and contractors.
  • Coordinate and chair weekly construction meetings.
  • Provide progress reports to schedule and budget.
  • Review all aspects of contractors work.
  • Develop a procedure to ensure on-time payment of contractors.
  • Verify internal and external testing, inspections reports, and code compliance.
  • Review all safety programs.
  • Coordinate the receipt of all-appropriate documentation, insurance, bonds, warrantees.
  • Review request for change orders.
  • Review, and approval of all shop drawings, product data, samples, and other submittals.
  • Mediate all disputes on the interpretation of contract documentation.
