We are able to offer different types of construction scopes as follows:

Lump sum contract.
Price and time are fixed. It is normally used when definition of the task to be performed is clear, when the commercial risk taken by the contractor is relatively low. Changes in contract occur only if client request a change in the scope of the ongoing project.

Unit prices contract.
Prices and time are adjusted when unforeseen circumstances determine an increase or decrease of the construction scope not executed at the time said circumstance occur.

Administration contract.
It is fixed fee which is an agreed percentage over the labor and material costs.
